These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and iZZi Ride Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, 807 Durham Place, Bensalem, PA 19020, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of the iZZi Tarot mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and are legally able to enter into these Terms.
The App lets you draw tarot spreads, receive AI-generated interpretations, keep a diary of your readings, follow learning content, and earn progress (levels, experience, streaks, tasks). Interpretations are generated by a third-party artificial-intelligence provider through our server, as described in the Privacy Policy. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
No registration is required. On first launch the App creates an anonymous identifier tied to your device to store your progress, diary, and subscription. You are responsible for the device on which the App is installed. If you reinstall the App, clear its data, or switch devices, your progress may not carry over.

Please do not include confidential or sensitive information (full names, ID documents, medical, financial, or similar data) in your questions, as they are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the reading.
Interpretations are produced by an AI model based on the deck, spread, and question you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and identical requests may be cached. We do not warrant that any interpretation is accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose. Treat all output as entertainment.
Promo codes, in-app progress, experience, and similar items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire or change. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.
The App, its design, text, card artwork, logos, and software are owned by iZZi Ride Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
You retain any rights you have in the questions and feedback you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use that content to operate and improve the App (including generating and saving readings, and reviewing feedback). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the App, its content, or any interpretation will meet your expectations or be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iZZi Ride Inc. and its officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on any reading. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iZZi Ride Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the App and/or update the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
